To celebrate the 60th founding anniversary of Xizang Autonomous Region, a stunning nighttime water tour project was launched recently at Riverside Park in Lhasa. Under the night sky, the Lhasa River comes alive with interwoven lights and shadows, adding a touch of magic to the evenings on the snowy plateau.
